Update 12:00 13/05/20

Prescot Door & Window Centre opening with skeleton staff as of Monday 18th May.

At the current time, it is vital that we all do our part in protecting each other during these uncertain times. Prescot Door & Window Centre have been working with governing bodies to ensure that best safe practices are in place for our staff and customers when on site when we look to trial a soft opening on the 18^th May.  

Due to the nature of Covid-19 and the impact it has had on all of us, our office staff are working from home, due to this our telephone lines are unavailable, however we will be responding to email enquires directly via info@prescot-windows.co.uk and web enquiries via the contact us page (link at the top right of this page)

We are still able to provide quotes for customers, door quotes can be done online via our door designer, trade requests via email to info@prescot-windows.co.uk and controlled on site visits (following health and safety guidelines). If you would like a quote please use the contact us page at the top or the email address mentioned above. Delays in quotes requests may occur as we are running on a reduced amount of staff.

Open orders with customers are being dealt with on a case by case basis as more than 75% of our suppliers are still dealing with closures/ backlog of enquiries / stock shortages due to breaks in the supply chain. This is a process that is out of our hands currently and we are working hard with suppliers to ensure goods arrive in a safe manner and to provide customers with realistic lead times. I am sure that you will appreciate that the safety of our staff and their families are paramount to us and we need to ensure that they are kept safe at all times by social distancing and introducing further safe working practices. Our showroom on Cyprus St remains closed and will be open for appointment only at a date to be announced soon. This is in following the governments “Covid-19 Ready-ness” requirements.

Update 09:00 20/04/20

Following the government guidelines regarding the extension of the blanket lockdown and continued enforced closure of non-essential businesses (Prescot Door & Window Centre falls into this category) our doors are unfortunately still closed.

We have worked with our suppliers who are still operating a skeleton staff to ensure open orders are kept in secure storage at supplier’s depots during this time to ensure that once we have reopened existing orders can be completed quickly.

Update 09:00 24/03/20

Following Government guidelines and in the best interest of the safety and wellbeing of our customers, colleagues and local communities, we will now be closing, until further notice.

We are all in this together, We feel this is the responsible thing to do.
